Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • A degree of Engineering is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a purchasing officer in ICT & ELV Field.

  • Experience using procurement software and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
  • Supervisory experience.

Objective and Responsibilities:

  • Develops a purchasing strategy.
  • Review and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Select prospective vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Evaluate vendors based on quality, timeline, and price.
  • Schedule deliveries and ensures timely fulfilment of orders.
  • Research and evaluate vendors to compare pricing and services.
  • Coordinate with company managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
  • Ensure quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
  • Keep up with trends in procurement.
  • Travel to vendor locations as necessary.
  • Stay current with purchasing technology trends and oversee purchase and implementation, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Inside UAE.
  • Ability to join as soon as possible.

HR Executive

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience position is required.
  • Solid written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Experience with HR software
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labour law.

Objective and Responsibilities:

  • Update and implement all HR policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage visa registration and renewal in collaboration and medical insurance, collect relevant documents and insure employee’s registration via the relevant partner
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Responding to employees’ queries, provide relevant documents as needed, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute Employees Payroll: collect information from the reception team, cross check accuracy and process incentive as part of the payroll.
  • Initiate and conduct recruitment cycle in agreement with the management: advertise on relevant platform, screen CVs, conduct interview and present shortlisted candidates to the management.
  • Maintain coaches CV data bases up to date for future recruitment.

Requirements:

  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Inside UAE.
