Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience position is required.
- Solid written and spoken English skills.
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- Experience with HR software
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labour law.
Objective and Responsibilities:
- Update and implement all HR policies, procedures, and structures.
- Manage visa registration and renewal in collaboration and medical insurance, collect relevant documents and insure employee’s registration via the relevant partner
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Responding to employees’ queries, provide relevant documents as needed, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute Employees Payroll: collect information from the reception team, cross check accuracy and process incentive as part of the payroll.
- Initiate and conduct recruitment cycle in agreement with the management: advertise on relevant platform, screen CVs, conduct interview and present shortlisted candidates to the management.
- Maintain coaches CV data bases up to date for future recruitment.
Requirements:
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Inside UAE.
- Ability to join as soon as possible.
